Online Design is the process of working with New Morning Home Decorating virtually. Using a combination of scheduled video calls, before photographs, measurements, and inspirational images, we work together to establish the goals and priorities of your project. After listening intently to your needs and desires for your space, we deliver a custom design and detailed plan for you to implement in your time, supporting you in each step. You may be working with us across hundreds of miles but the experience is always personal.
Who is a good fit for Online Design?
If you are:

Ready to refresh a space but struggling with the vision

Comfortable purchasing new items but unsure where to start or what will work

Have the skills and willingness to assemble furniture, move things into place, and hang artwork and window treatments (or know/hire someone who can)

Desire help with the design but control over the purchases - you can buy as your time and budget allow, take advantage of sales or coupons, or find something similar that meets the same criteria

Determine Direction
During our virtual initial consultation of up to 90 minutes, we discuss photos and measurements you provided and determine the needs, style, and functionality of the space. We will make recommendations and discuss next steps.

Deliver Concept
A moodboard is delivered to your Inbox. Included are inspiration images depicting the overall design concept as well as example illustrations of specific components in a similar space (e.g. window treatments).

Discuss Concept
During our second virtual meeting, we discuss the design concept in detail, addressing all questions and feedback. Any additional measurements needed are acquired.

Deliver Design
Final design board with furnishings, area rugs, artwork, lighting, and window treatments is delivered. Detailed product source list including links to purchase is included as well as notes to implement the look as designed at your own pace.
